True Hip Hop

Reppin' the "D" Zo! and A7 has put together an album with a purpose...something you don't get much today. The beats are organic, diverse and complement A7's lyrics. Speaking of which A7 has good subject matter that's easy to relate to but is still enjoyable to listen to in an album. Miz Korona, Buff 1 and other guests holds it down as well. Get this...you won't be dissappointed!

Simply Beautiful Music

This is what hip hop should be. This project transcends a simple "bars over beats" texture. It combines complex and soulful live instrumentality by the gifted Zo! with inspired lyrics and flow from Asylum 7. Seriously, the rhyme schemes (syntax, multi-syllabic rhyme, intonation), content, wordplay, and delivery have all obviously been deliberately and maticulously crafted for this album. From social commentary to introspective songs to just Zo! grooves, this project provides a mellow and etherial vibe coupled with a very real and street-level perspective that wil leave the listener dying to hear more. This is what music is (well, was) missing. Don't pass on this project - you will seriously regret it. This is a must have.
