Is Opeth just Prog Rock now, instead of Metal?

The new song definitely sounds more polished than anything on Heritage, but at the same time you can tell its a continuation of what they did there.
They sound like they have abandoned the heavier side of their sound and just become a Rock band instead of Metal....never mind DEATH metal. To me, that's a shame.
I saw them on the Heritage tour and they didn't even play ANY of the heavy songs....just the most mellow song from each album basically. Strange.
