Any fan of free jazz, or Sonny Sharrock in particular owes it to themselves to GET THIS ALBUM!! It is an exhausting experience. Ferocious to a "T"!!!

A little something on the Wild side!

If Jimi Hendrix did get a chance to venture jazz, this is probably what it would sound like. At first hearing it sounds like just mad noise. But then when you listen to it, you realize theres a method to the madness. The chaotic playing of Sharrock and Brotzmann is counteracted by the pounding deep rhythms of Laswell and Shannon Jackson. While this music is not for everyone, it is worth checking out to see that such music sounds could be created.
