This is great!!

I have been looking for some hymns where I could actually hear the words to the songs...and here they are!!! Patti Page is great in her enunciation and her voice is beautiful!! Listen to the words everyone, especially The Old Rugged Cross and Amazing Grace. These hymns reveal God's tremendous love towards us...even the most wicked sinners, and His plan of salvation for us: Jesus on the cross taking our penalty (the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 5:8). Now all we have to do is believe Him, that we can't save ourselves from hell, that He died for our sins and took our punishment, and then rose from the dead!! We must recognize His place of Master over us, and give up our lives to His will.

Born Clara Ann Fowler in Muskogee, Oklahoma, she began singing professionally at a radio station in...
