Album Review

Five years after her first solo album, Never Enough, Smyth decided "there's such a thing as too much love" and proceeded to detail lover's trials for an entire album. Despite production by Bruce Springsteen keyboardist Roy Bittan, this isn't as good as Never Enough, although "Sometimes Love Just Ain't Enough," a duet with Don Henley, got tons of radio play.

Underrated Album

Most people only know Sometimes Love Just Ain;t Enough, a song that was overplayed and a little sappy. There are some great energetic songs especially Out There, My Town and No Mistakes.

Great album. One of my all time favorites by ANY artist.

17 years after its release, this is still one of my all time favorite albums, PERIOD! Awesome songs with great hooks! An extremely under-rated album. I understand she is back in the studio with her old band, Scandal, and they are about to release a new (EP) single. I owned this album on a cassette tape way back when... Underrated and amazing... Patty has an incrediable voice and the lyrics are outstanding. And the price is a steal!!! I paid twice that for the old cassette...
