Such is the way of his eighth album: He brings a horn section to extol the fast-paced thrill of "City Livin," adds street-style hand percussion to his groovy embrace of "Peace, Love and Happiness," and blows a blues harp to celebrate the wisdom of his "Grandmother." Only on the album-closing title track does he drop a dose of sarcasm into an otherwise earnest, upbeat album.
