Awesome

While the whole CD is really a great pop album, songs like "Why Don't You Stay" reveals a strong vocalist as well as lyricist -- two things that are rare finds in a debut pop album. LOVE IT

Not Bad For A Debut Album

Candice is a decent singer. Her voice is energized and the beats to most of her songs are catchy and fun. I like "Welcome to the Real World", "Sweet Jealousy", and "Our Break Up Song" but just so you guys know, "Our Break Up Song" is a remake of one of American Hi-Fi's songs, called "The Breakup Song". I like that version better but Candice's version is nice as well. There are some slow songs on this album which are nice, such as "Started". Overall, this album has some pretty good songs that are worth buying and I think that if anyone gave this new artist a chance, they would grow to like her very much.

It's Always the Innocent Ones who make good albums

This album is great. I love Our Break Up Song, Voices Carry, and Welcome to the Real World. Some Girls is ok, but not in my top 3... Candice can sing, she is better than most other albums out there, and her album isn't all fluff and sugar. It has meaning and depth. Much better than artists like Danity Kane or Vanessa Hudgens. If you like Candice, which I'm sure you will, then you should check out Brie Larson, although her 2005 album is mostly pop, her next album is much more rock/acoustic, and she writes her lyrics, which means they have meaning.
