Not for everyone

Yoko Ono's acclaimed debut is one of the defining records of what would later become Punk and New Wave with many of the genre's pioneering artists (such as the B-52s) referring to her as a major influence in the development of their sound. That being said, this isn't for everyone. Majority of the album is screaming and there are few lyrics. The album is best when viewed as an avant garde jam session, like Yoko Ono's primal scream therapy set to some impressive backing music.

Which leads me to my next point...

Don't smoke crack. John Lennon probably dug himself out of his grave just to give this 1 star, then asked someone to shoot him again.


I couldn't even get past 5 seconds of the first two songs she "Screams, Cries" in? How can this possibly be "Popular"???
