Where is the other soundtrack?

Why is the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack not available? It has a great cover of "Across The Universe" by Fiona Apple.

Fiona Apple's track is not on this album

I agree with many of the other comments about this album. Fiona Apple's cover of the Beatle's classic, "Across the Universe", is simply marvelous. Unfortunately, it is not on this album. After seeing the movie in the theatre, that was the only track I really wanted to hear again. I cannot comment on *why* this song is not available on the iTunes music store. Here is my suggestion: everyone that would like to buy this song from the iTunes music store should say so by posting a polite review here, and by sending a polite request to Apple using the usual means of providing feedback to Apple Computer. I already sent my email requesting this song, and of course a few others.

Something's Missing!!!!

Where is Fiona Apple's version of "Across The Universe"? Her rendition was fantastic! Get it up here on iTunes.

Where his peers concentrated on confessional songwriting, Newman drew characters, creating a world filled with misfits, outcasts, charlatans, and con men....
