Brava, Ms. Fleming

This album is one of the few I have to listen to all the way through. It's a journey of sorts-Sheherezade, and the poems that follow are just really beautiful pieces and so wonderfully presented by Ms. Fleming, possibly the greatest singer and ambassador America has produced for opera. She's terrific here and in fine voice. I love her presentation. She really nails it completely.

Amazing as usual!!!

Amazing as usual!! I think Ms. Fleming does a fantastic job with this repertoire no matter what some other closeminded person thinks. Renee Fleming is probably the greatest opera today and her gorgeous tone shines in these songs. Ravel is my favorite composer and I am very critical of anyone who tries to do his family. Ms. Fleming does Ravel proud!!!! The other songs are just as well done. Bravo Renee Fleming!!
Also...this is how you spell REPERTOIRE!

wow.

i was stunned just listening to the first song.. i do not know much about opera but that was amazing
