Jump off the emo train.. because it's going to crash

I saw these guys in my local town. They are really fun to watch because they do really good on stage. As for the music, it can be summed up in one word.. and that one word is "emo". If you were to throw these guys into a pool of emo bands you would never find them again because they would blend in like a drop of water to the ocean. They do emo and they do it like everyone else does it. They are the regurgitation of a cycle of regurgitation producing the same thing over and over, each time getting more stinky and less appealing...emo emo emo.

Emo, but not pansy emo.

As much as some people may not like it, these guys are emo. The only difference is that these guys know how to make good music, but still carry their depressing stories throughout the songs. Personally, I hate emo, but this is good stuff. It's hardcore emo, which is NOT pansy emo. Setting aside the genre, we can all agree this is good music with ripping vocals and excellent instrumentals.

Brilliant, electric, exctiting.

L.A.O. is an astounding band in every sense. They have not just great instrument parts, but brilliant vocals, and lyrical depth beyond comparison...these guys are going somewhere
