About We Are Messengers

We Are Messengers

Led by Irish singer/guitarist/songwriter Darren Mulligan, We Are Messengers is a Nashville-based contemporary Christian band with an easygoing, adult-alternative sound. Other founding members include vocalist Heidi Mulligan, guitarist Caleb Clingan, bassist Matthew Montgomery, and drummer Alex McVey. They formed in 2015 and released their first album, We Are Messengers, in the spring of 2016 on Word Records, which had signed Mulligan after hearing his prior band the Remission Flow. With radio support for songs like "Everything Comes Alive" and "Magnify," the debut became a Top Ten Christian album in the U.S. ~ Marcy Donelson
