EDITORS’ NOTES

Every time we hear the striated strings and rumbling tubas that composer Jerry Goldsmith uses to convey the frightening moods of Poltergeist, we get a chill up and down our spines. And we love it. The vibe is unmistakably terrifying on "The Calling/The Neighborhood," but even on his symphonic rendition of "The Star Spangled Banner," Goldsmith somehow makes the celebratory clatter sound deliciously ominous, as if something evil lurks just around the corner.

Amazing

redrick,

What a treat!!! This album is for those who are really into movie soundtracks. I get into this mood ( usually around Halloween) and like to listen to things like this. You never know what will come out of your speakers/headphones next. A must have for the die hard movie fan! Very much recommended!

Yes this is the complete score!

moviefan28,

It has the missing songs that weren't on the original soundtrack so download it if you loved the score!
