Album Review

Debut solo album from singer Natalia Jiménez, after her group La Quinta Estación went on an indefinite break in 2010. Jiménez is the main songwriter, and she is also listed as one of the producers, together with Gaitán Bros, Archie Peña, and Emilio Estefan. The presence of the latter could be taken as an indication of Jiménez's ambition to break into the U.S. market, coupled with the fact that, besides Jiménez's usual rock/pop material, such as the single "Por Ser Tu Mujer," the album also includes some Latin pop, and a couple of songs in English. The deluxe edition adds five bonus tracks.
