Neo-soul take flight!

Maxwell is back after a long hiatus and Pretty Wings shows that the artist still approaches his art from a highly spiritual level. The poetic lyrics in this song take a relationship that just didn’t work out to an ethereal level. You get the feeling that the mistakes he sings about in this song are just part of his ongoing journey to find the meaning of love, life and existence. Max’s creamy smooth voice and always beautiful orchestration are highly evident. The King on neo-soul is back and hasn’t lost a sexy step. Letting go of a relationship was never so beautiful!

THE FALSETTO CROONER IS BACK...

Its rare that an artist can take a 5+ year hiatus from the music business, and come back with the same level of demand that he had when he left.... Well, that man is Maxwell..... He's back

About time

Although I feel like I've been listening to this song for about 2 years... and you've performed it at concerts last year... anything new from this dude I'll take.
