Got it

I got the album like 4 days before it came out on itunes, and wow. I absolutely love it. If you are debating on this album, pick it up for free online, or listen to the singles. It is certainly a good buy. I wouldn't say it is album of the year material, but it hits the spot, ya know? That's outrageous is somehow slightly unique and brings something to the table that not everyone else can. Give the previews and listen.

If you like the electronic post-hardcore stuff I would highly suggest:
1.Labrynth - Famous Last Words
2. Be careful what you wish for - Memphis may fire
3. Seamless ending - Palisades
4. I, the Architect - The gift of ghosts
5. Set sails - Horizons
6. Electric Forest - I see stars
7. Ghosts among common men - Jamie's Elsewhere
8. Call Me Maybe - Upon This Dawning
9. The wretched - The Word Alive
10. Voices - Crown the Empire

I know, electronic post-hardcore, metalcore, whatever the hell you wanna call it. Who cares? It is good music, and if you don't thinks so, thats okay, just don;t hate on us for liking it

Buy it! Don't question it!

This is about to go super hard T.O!

I had never heard of this band when Obliviate was released, but I loved that song. I looked up their last album and was surprised by how terrible I thought it was and how little I enjoyed it. My biggest problem was the screams. I’m not sure if their screamer just improved a lot or was replaced but it doesn’t sound the same at all, and while none of the tracks are quite as good as the first single Obliviate, it’s a fun album overall. This band does best when it does a combination of poppy and heavy, going back and forth. Having such a drastic difference be the key to their success tends to make for a very hit and miss track list. When they lean too far in either direction, going to poppy or to heavy, it tends to end badly. There’s also an odd acoustic track in the middle of the album. This album has quite a bit of filler so I will recommend the songs I really like. The best two songs are Obliviate and Pretty Little liars. The New York Chainsaw Massacre Part II and Psycho are also very good songs. Paging Patrick Batemen and Stranger Danger are also decent songs, but they went a little heavier than I would prefer. Like I said this band is best when it mixes the Pop and Heavy. The rest I thought was skippable at best. The songs I did like, I really liked a lot and that is why this album gets a high rating.
