Great, Great album.

Papa M makes gorgeous, folky, wistful music, and this is the album to start your M journey. Not as poppy as the tour diary single series, but nonetheless thoroughly likable across the board. Your mom, your girlfriend, your high school P.E. teacher, and your best friend will probably all want a copy of the M. If you like Elliott Smith or Jim Croce, you'll like Papa M even better.

Dark Americana

The title track is beautiful; "Sorrow Reigns" is fun

Otherwise, this is atmosphere and no heft to the sound, painting a pretty drab portrait of what it's like to do acid in America
