In 2004 I fell in love with K.U.R.O.'s first album- Satisfaction. 2000-2004 was the high watermark for psytrance, an era long gone, but one K.U.R.O. was a part of. Songs like Next Wave, Dervish Wind & Self Control were full on heavy techno fused with psytrance- something that kicked you in the face and left you wanting more.
Conception is different. It is no different from all the other psytrance garbage out there- full of bland beats and sound clips. I was excited for this album and bought it right away. Please K.U.R.O., fall back to your roots of 2004 (I loved Charm and JP Noir as well). Eternal Basement just released a new albumn a while back and it was full of goodness. You can do the same- the Takeichirou Kurosaki that I listened to a decade ago was King!!
This album is relentless from start to finish. And is impeccably well done. 5 out of 5 stars.
