Great appeal

LL Cool J's debut "Radio" managed to crossover Rap to suburban white geeks like myself which is a huge first, just as the Beastie Boys showed crude white Rap is fun also.
Very complimentary between these two recording artists, because it was before royalties had to be paid for every little clip recorded by others. Loved recognizing bits and beats from other songs. Not so sure of LL Cool J's beats, but License To Ill has Aerosmith, maybe Led Zeppelin, Joan Jett...
