Amazing. Seriously

I love Daft Punk, but I really don't care for their version of this song. This has to be the best cover of a non-rock song by a rock band that I have ever heard, and one of the best covers period. Lizzy sounds brilliant, and I can't wait for the EP to come out!

Long time fan of the band but not a fan of this piece of work

I am a long-time fan and usually Halestrom's albums are the soundtracks to my life - literally. I am also a huge fan of covers - anything and everything - I love their cover of Heart's All I Want to Do is Make Love to You --- LOVE IT! But this album is not my cup of tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. Lizzy's voice is over stretched in some songs and then flat in others. Some of the synthesizers are just too much noise for the instruments. If I had to choice one song to purchase from this album (to support the band) it would be either Hell is for Children or Gold Dust Woman.

Check out the Heart cover and you will hear what I am talking about.

So good.

I've adored Halestorm for years before I ever got to see them live. And when I did see them live, it was the BEST live band I have ever seen. Which made me love them more. This album does not disappoint. I don't like the original "Get Lucky", but Halestorm make it awesome, and the rest of this EP is amazing too.
Keep rocking freaks!!
