RIP DP

Drowning Pool died with the death of its original vocalist, Dave Williams. Fortunately, we are lucky enough to enjoy one DP album powered by the vocals of Dave Williams. That album is called "Sinner" and is the only legitimate Drowning Pool recording. It is hands down the only DP album that is worth buying. The new vocalist on "Resilience" sounds like he should be in a pop punk band. His voice just does not mesh with the hard rock instrumentals of Drowning Pool. DP just needs to stop and be thankful that they succeeded with "Sinner." Dave Williams is probably rolling in his grave right now. I wish I could give this album zero stars.

new drowning pool

The new album is ok but it dosn't have the power that the other albums had.

Amazing

This album was like the rebirth of Drowning Pool. Jason Moreno brings a new life to DP. He really revived the band. The new sound is increadible! Yes i miss Dave, but i 100% believe they picked the right person to be their new singer. Easily the best album they have had since Sinner. Loving the new sound. Great job on this album Drowning Pool! Glad to see you are back on the scene!

They reached out to an ever-greater audience with dynamic performances at Wrestlemania XVIII and Ozzfest during the summers of 2001 and 2002. Unfortunately, their streak of success was not to last.
