Customer Reviews

this album is great! and yes, their live show is incredible. saw them open for clutch last winter. blew me away.

I love this band, but after much anticipation, this one bores me to death. It did, however, make me go back and start appreciating their previous LP, Harmonicraft, much more (a record I initially wasn’t overwhelmed by). I’ll continue to see them and check out everything they do, but this one has far less of their catchy hooks, and the constant heaviness left behind feel monotonous. If you’re new to Torche, start with Meanderthal (which is excellent), and follow it with Harmonicraft.
