The song Still makes it all worth while. If I'm not mistaken its about Jimmie's father. Very beautiful and heartfelt. Not sure why he didn't decide to put it on Pushing The Salmanilla Envelope like he did a few of these songs.

Chickenscratch was one of my favorite albums in the '90s

Not a bad song on it, shows the range, talent and energy of this band back then. I believe it was recorded at the Mansion, though could be wrong. Was that Spitburger? I don't know. Maybe both. Either way, it's good to have those two recordings back. Noseface was as good a song as any released in the '90s. Still is.

Jimmie's Chicken Shack blends funk-metal with elements of ska and reggae but also a surprising acoustic prowess. Lead vocalist Jimmy HaHa grew up in Maryland and played with a group named Ten Times Big for several years.
