Bonnie Raitt covers Gerry Rafferty!!

Soulful vocals, slide guitar and grit carry this breezy reggae Gerry Rafferty classic into a new direction for Bonnie Raitt. Its great to hear Bonnie making music again and with all she's been through she still puts so much feeling into everything she touches. Right down the line was a classic for its day back in the late 70's and although Gerry Rafferty is no long with us, Bonnie Raitt reminds with every listen why these words had so much meaning then and now. Just love this start off to Slipstream and hope to hear this song buzzing on the radio, where it belongs.

Right down the line

Loved her then, love her still.
The lady has soul.
