LP's fifth release

As the LP catolog grows so does their music. This latest release has all the hallmarks of greatness. The song writing of McGee & Sutton has reached new stratospheric levels. Layers of sound spring forth with soothing melodies and tasteful guitar leads. New drummer Michael Amos lends a new feel to the band , coupled with Tommy Sisco's energetic bass lines , this band nevers misses a beat. This is great album for life . The songs are written with deep understandings and feelings that are evident as soon as the first notes hit your ears . There's a little of everything here. Catchy rock , smooth blues , some funk and twang . No matter what your taste in music , you should find something you like among these tracks. A must for every music afficianado

Worth the trip

From the bluesy, guitar-driven opening notes of the first track of Rivertown, Luvplanet gives you a “Reason to Stay,” kick back, and listen to all the way through. And as the epic, 7+ minute “Wishes” twists and thrashes its way into the sonic distance your wish for a truly inspired rock album that blends positive lyrics with catchy melodies, stellar vocals, and killer guitar wizardry comes true. In between, you’ll encounter a variety of moods that range from slow-floating meandering chill to wave-jumping speedboat thrills. It’s absolutely worth the trip!
