one of the best gothic doom metal albums ever

i can't believe i am the first to review this album, first of all this album helped to influence a great many bands and genres it is the prototypical gothic doom album in my opinion. The vocals are excellent when i first bought this album i did not listen to any bands that had harsh death metal type vocals now i can't get enough of the death doom metal and gothic metal... if you like draconian, type o negative, danzig, or black sabbath you will probably like this album. You must give it more than one listen though if you are not used to the harsh vocals as it takes a little while to adjust i would give this album a 9 out of 10 and i think it is the best paradise lost album
