Electro-Rock

this may not blow your mind and leave you stunned but this will get your mind going. the pleasant electronic beats and some harsh guitars with some cryptic singing make this a subtle but moving collection of noise. If you are a fan of Skinny Puppy or NIN, this would be a nice addition to the collection.

Not The Best GVSB, But...

... much better than people would have you believe. There's a sleaziness to the whole venture and dismissing it as GVSB's "Garbage" experiment is just lazy writing. "Roxy" is an incredible alt-rock classic-that-shoulda-been, while "Black Hole" and "Vogue Thing" ride on killer backbeats. The closer, "Cowboy's Orbit," has one of the best bass lines as the song threatens to go out of control. There are a few clunkers ("Exorcisto"), but this is surely underrated.

Really liked house of gvsb

...so I thought this would be equally pleasing to the auditory palate. Alas, it has its hits but also some misses which turn out to be good, but not my fave of their discography. I noticed that iTunes does not have a soundtrack they provided original music for called Series 7. Try to track that one down because it is amazing. Highly recommended is Series 7. on Koch records.

Girls Against Boys' 1989 debut album, Tropic of Scorpio, appeared on the Adult Swim label, followed by a leap up to the popular indie Touch & Go for Venus Luxure No. 1 Baby. The albums that followed — 1995's Cruise Yourself...
