I'm pretty sure Tears for Fears has released more compilations than actual albums at this point. I have no idea if that's a decision made by the band vs. their labels, but it's getting pretty silly. This is mostly a re-tread of Tears Roll Down (Greatest Hits 82-92). 11 of these tracks were on that 12 song compilation. The only song from that which does not appear here is "Laid So Low (Tears Roll Down)." There are 3 songs added from 1993-2004, and then there are 2 new songs. It's missing some of their other singles like "God's Mistake," "Goodnight Song," and "Call Me Mellow." I suppose this is all fine for $9.99 but I would prefer a new album. It's been 13 years since Everybody Loves a Happy Ending. So yeah, I'll be grabbing the 2 new songs when both are available but, otherwise, I don't have much use for this. Also, as far as Tears for Fears best of comps, Gold is the best, although it doesn't look like you can get it on iTunes.

I Love You But I'm Lost is some wonderful new material and this is a great collection overall for new listeners looking to experience the brilliance of Tears for Fears. After hearing these tracks you'll want to explore their entire catalog for sure.
