Strong set - every song is 4 or 5 stars

I picked this up on a whim back in the original, pre-digital, vinyl days, around 1979. "Aimee" was a FM radio staple, and among other genres country-rock was a favorite. I found this to be a strong collection of songs, each track is 4 or 5 stars. Stringest of the strong would be "Livin Each Day At Time", "Tornado Warning", "San Antonio" and "All the Lonesome Cowboys". Don't let some purist attitude and misplaced loyalty to the original PPL lineup keep from enjoying the excellent album. This ranks with Poco's Pickin Up the Pieces and Rose of Cimarron, and the Byrds, Sweetheart of the Rodeo.

Great LP

This is one of my favorite Pure Prairie League LPS. The song All the Way is a gem, amongst gems. If you like Two lane Highway this in a nice extension.
