Pure Perfection known as Kimbra

This album is life changing. Get to know Kimbra. New Zealand born, winner of Rock Quest, then whisked off to to Australia at the age of 17, she has been working on Vows for 4 years. Her album is as perfect and genuine as the person who created it. Take a listen, you won't be sorry.

I have had the Australian version since December. Every morning I start my day listening to it. Kimbra, now 22 years old and already the most talented musician I have ever heard, has managed to create a perfect album. The flow of every song tells a deep story. The US version is more experimental. I like it. Its different and showcases a different side of Kimbra's music. Cameo Lover is perfect, it is one of the only songs that i can listen to non-stop without ever getting tired of it. Settle Down is a wonderful satire on marriage. Her music video to this song will explain the meaning. Good Intent brings back a wonderful old school vibe. All of the other songs are a joy to listen too. Come into my head is another one of my favorites. I HIGHLY suggest you give this album a try, you will be hooked to it!

I am proud to say that Kimbra is my role model. her hard work to become a skilled musician is motivating to see. I am hoping to meet her and thank her in person for the wonderful music that she has created.

Kimbra ='s Original and Innovative

You loved her in Somebody That I Used To Know by Gotye, now that it's released in the U.S. you can love her with her solo album!

I loved Kimbra's voice in the harmonies in Somebody That I Used To Know, I started liking her music and music videos with Cameo Lover, Settle Down, and Good Intent, and then I saw Plain Gold Ring live at Sing Sing and fell. in. love. with her voice. I also loved how original and motown-esque Call Me was. And Warrior (a collaboration with Mark Foster of Foster the People and A-Trak for Converse's 3 Artists 1 Song promotion) NEEDS to be the new pop anthem for the summer! So excited to finally have these all on my iTunes!

I had never heard Come Into My Head or Sally I Can See You, both are really great and extremely interesting, original songs. I think they are a great testament for the way that Kimbra is an innovative voice and an innovative artist!

People got to check Kimbra out!!

It's Finally Here!!!!

Yay yay yay yay yay!!! Y'all don't know how long I've been waiting!!! Love this album, love Kimbra, she's going to go far baby!! Best of wishes! :) :) :)

Though New Zealand pop singer Kimbra released an award-winning debut album with 2011's Vows, it was her cameo on Gotye's smash hit "Somebody That I Used to Know" that won her global fame. She then used that acclaim to make some of the most audacious and playful fusions of jazzy R&B, pop, and dance in the 2010s. Born Kimbra Johnson in Hamilton, New Zealand, Kimbra began taking guitar lessons around age 12 and was performing live by her teens. A 2007 Juice TV video award caught the attention of...
