Jack Gibson is a true artist

This album doesn't have one bad song. The quality of the songwriting and the honesty in Jack Gibson's delivery is almost impossible to find in today's sea of plastic pop. The style reminds me a bit of Neil Young and Elliott Smith in its raw honesty, but the sound is totally Tenlons Fort. Seriously, buy this album!

Solid Album

So a friend tips me off to this band and notes that half of the profits go to feeding homeless folk in LA... So, since I feel that the money has a better chance of feeding bellies than addictions this way, I gave it a buy and a listen. Turns out it's a sick album on account of it's depth, listenability, anti-pop sound, etc. Jack Gibson is kind of Jack Johnson-esque in spirit and social responsibility, without being Jack Johnson-y. And I think I like the first album even better. Well played fellas.
