Album Review

Sick Scenes is the sixth studio effort from Welsh pop rock outfit, Los Campesinos! Following 2013’s No Blues, the record has been described by the band as "a release of pent-up aggression, a document of both personal and societal malaise." Comprising incendiary guitar work, raucous drums, and energetic and satirical vocals, the album was once again produced by John Goodmanson (Hanson, Death Cab for Cutie, Harvey Danger).

LOVE IT!!!

Saw LC! in concert last night and picked up an advance copy of their new album Sick Scenes. Not surprisingly, like their prior albums, it's freaking AWESOME. The music is unmistakenly LC! but also evolved into something new and even better than before. I highly recommend this new album and their entire library. This is one of my top all time favorite bands.

LC! 4LYF!

So happy LC! still think of us fans and put themselves in studios and tourbuses... This will find a nice comfy home with all their previous work. The lineup may be a little different and they are all a bit more grown up, but they still create a song like no other band can!
