Blue Magic Is the Bomb!

I loved this album, especially Three Ring Circus, Chasing Rainbows, Teach Me, and Sideshow. Lead singer Ted Mills fit well into this band, giving Blue Magic the lead singer to strengthen them and make them popular. Like one of the previous reviews said, Ted Mills has one of the greatest falsetto voices of all time. In my mind, I think he has the best falsetto voice I have ever heard. No one can match his voice, as he is unique. I think the ending of Three Ring Circus is a beautiful one. The lyrics of Chasing Rainbows are somewhat sad, but Mills and the rest of the band sang it clearly and beautifully making the song positive instead of negative. Teach Me and Sideshow are two other decent songs which showcase Mills' abilities like the other two songs. Teach Me is another love song, but just listening to its words are a joy. Sideshow is the song that popularized Blue Magic. Three Ring Circus and Sideshow complement one another, as the titles of the songs suggest. I truly think Blue Magic was best singing soulful songs when they were at their best.

Blue Magic

This was one of the greatest slow jam groups of the 70's. Ted Mills who is the lead singer has to have one of the greatest falsetto voices of all time.

Old School is in the house

Stop to Start is my favorite song from Blue magic. They were recently in Philly and performed very well. They sang all the favorites, from start to finish.
