Fascinating, hypnotic.

Unlike most anything else. Alemu Aga plays the beguena or "Harp of King David" which is not a harp strictly speaking but a large ten-stringed lyre, plucked or strummed with a plectrum, and very ancient. This music caresses, tickles the skin softly, sweetly, like velvet, and tunnels like a star-nosed mole into the soul.
