Meek is not meek in spirit or manner when it comes to his music. He shows a bravada of someone who has been on the world stage and sold millions of albums. His music is very original with instruments that you don't often hear in modern music or Pop music. He writes very catchy melodies and I dare you not to listen to "6 feet under" and not catch yourself hummng along after just one listen.
His harmonies are second to none and now by singing English as well as French he's set to capture a much larger audience with his all English album due out in Novenber 2011. Do yourself a favor and get on board the "MeeK TRAIN" so when he becomes an MTV and VH1 favorite you can tell your friends that you were there from the beginning.
Stand outs on this albun are "6 feet Under", "Troublemaker", " You'll Never Die Alone" and "Le gange illumine" and several others. You'll enjoy this album in total and be singing along after only a few listens. Meek has an ethereal voice almost reminiscent of a young boy in a Vienna's boy choir but when he sings harmony with himself and starts belting out his songs then you know he's no boy but a gifted musician who is also original and in this day and age that still counts for something.
I hate modern music with a passion, but this man has restored my faith in it. I am a fan
