This is Zod's Christmas Tape... U know ... Crash Course in Science....

Ok. I found this record by seeing if the iphone app Shazam could nail obscure tunes. it took 3 times but... low and behold... it's a almost complete replica of a tape (maxell 90) made by Zod (CRASH COURSE) in the 80's. Did this come out before? Or did someone bite it? I'm confused. 'Things fall apart' got me a diggin'. I tunes plus or bust.

Classic Off-Kilter Christmas

Back when irreverent was cool, I bought this vinyl. Fortunately many of the songs that are on my classic ipod Xmas mix are included here: Things Fall Apart, Christmas Wrapping, Christmas on Riverside Drive, Hey Lord and No More Christmas Blues (faster version than original).

Best Christmas Song Ever: Christmas Wrapping

"Christmas Wrapping" by The Waitresses is a Christmas song that if they changed the lyrics, would make a hit non-christmas song. It makes you want to turn up the volume in the car and sing with it, and I think many people can also relate to the lyrics. It's an older song (early 80's) but it seemed to have a revival around 8 years ago. I can't speak much of the rest of the album because I haven't heard it.
