Shady Records Obie Trice 2nd Rounds On Me

Obie Trice has exploded from the Detroit underground scene to make his last release Cheers platinum. Snitch is Obie's first single from his second release, 2nd Rounds On Me. This album is going to be amazing featuring Eminem, 50 Cent, Stat Quo, G-Unit, D-12, and Nate Dogg. Obie has stepped his game up lyrically and this album is going to be huge. SHADY/AFTERMATH/G-UNIT RECORDS!!!!!

Great Single

Obie Trice is one of the great hopes for Detroit rap in the future. With Eminem gone and D12's future uncertian without thier main man, Obie becomes the lead MC for my hometown of Detroit. This single is great. Although the beat cannot match that of Akon's other famous track, Soul Survivor, Obie's rhymes are much better than the stale ones that Young Jeezy spit. Eminem and D12 kind of took a joking and mocking attitude toward the rap game, having thier rhymes be as comic as they were serious, Obie does none of that. His rhymes are real and straight out of the hood. That's the way rap should be done.

His turning point came in 1998 with the birth of his daughter, Kobie. Shortly afterward, he took note of Eminem's...
