Different, but that's good

This group has something!! I don't know what it is, but it's there. The music is tight, the vocals are well done (lead singer sounds like a smoother version of the lead singer for My Chemical Romance.). Would've given more stars, but the mix needs more bass.

Unique Sound!

If you've been around the Las Vegas music scene you know that its a, primarily, underground/hardcore scene. Seeing Amarionette dare to be different from the music around them has been awesome to watch. I am really glad these guys are finally getting a head of steam. Talented musicians and great guys, Amarionette has a different sound that you cant quite pinpoint. but hey, thats the sign of a true artist. Infectious/haunting melodies, tasty guitar licks, fresh drum lines... i cant really specify exactly what it is that makes these guys great other than i just love their music. Quin White has an awesome rock voice that grabs your attention, the music is high energy and well composed. Solid EP I hope more music is in store for this awesome band reppin, my hometown, the 702!

Like a mix between the best of Dance Gavin Dance and Coheed and Cambria

Amarionette brings a burst of freshness to the hardcore scene with this ep.
Instrument work is intricate and very reminiscent of Dance Gavin Dance and the vocal work would fool some people into thinking that this album is a side-project for the vocalist of Coheed and Cambria.

I would recommend this to any fans of Dance Gavin Dance, Coheed and Cambria, Circa Survive, Saosin, and pretty much anything progressive/post-hardcore. These guys will be big real soon.
