Overlooked '90s Classic

Oh the 1990s, how I long for you again...This band and their albums fuse hip-hop talk/sing and beats to intrumental jazz and abstract washes of noise and samples. Obviously the vocals and words will not be for everyone, but for those of us that were there, this a soundtrack to our youth. I maintain that beyond the nostalgia there is some talent on display here along with some good grooves. If you grew up in the '90s and listened to Beck and other alt music of the era but missed these guys, you might want to check this out. My personal favs are Soft Serve, Soundtrack to Mary, Lazybones, Disseminated, How Many Cans.

A masterpiece!

This CD lived in my player for over a year. For my money it is the greatest album of the 90's.

Excellent!

Had the CD, going to download via iTunes. Great music...
