Album Review

Florida-based emo-pop band We the Kings struck out on their own for their fourth studio album; after parting ways with S-Curve Records, the group opted to record their next project without backing from a label. When We the Kings launched a campaign to raise the $35,000 recording budget through crowd-funding, their fans responded to the tune of $149,000. The finished album, Somewhere Somehow, is a polished, heartfelt set of contemporary pop that ranks with their most accessible work to date, and shows that We the Kings didn't need a handful of advisors to make the sort of music that would please themselves and their fans.

Finally a new album!!

After two years the band makes a great comeback with new bassist Charles Trippy and an array of brand new songs which are what fans including myself definitely wanted! This album will definitely not disappoint fans, the sound may be a bit different but behind it all the We The Kings fan base will definitely appreciate it! Let’s get it in the top 5 albums!!

I've never heard this band until now and this is just bad. This is a product of relying on production and image to sell songs that are worth nothing but if you want to be a boy band with guitars then please continue.

Not even funny how amazing this album is guys! I can easily say that this is your guys’ best release! So proud of you Travis, Hunter, Charles, Danny, and Coley! We The Kings, great job guys! Come on fellow CTFxCers and fans of We The Kings, lets make this album #1! :)

Under the guidance of manager Bret Disend, they placed a number...
