Inset Witty Mew reference here...

This OST is nothing short of amazing. If you're a fan of Mew's previous album (No More Stories…) you will definitely love this. There's still the upbeat songs, the lush yet minimalistic sonic landscape, keyboards, drum loops and synth galore also enough layering to provide sufficient auditory bliss. Overall It's an impressive soundtrack that in some areas outshines No More Stories and at other times this can sound like a No More Stories B-sides album…but overall If you enjoy Mew pick this album up or rather download it, chances are you won't be disappointed.

It's the magic.

Obviously this album is well produced; things flow exceptionally smoothy, as they have been doing with Mew's tracks in the past several years. The variety of this soundtrack is enjoyable. Towards the end of The Story of a Would Be Traffic-Light, Bjerre produces this line, "I know you wanted this, but I am just a boy- a boy so pitiful and easy to destroy." He does this so especially well, inserting little sparkling points that catch the attention of the heart and mind. Picking Up All the Oranges is pretty magical, short and to the point.

Brilliant.

Melodic and hauntingly beautiful. This album really showcases what a truelly brilliant musician Jonas Bjerre is. Completely worth downloading and a must have for any Mew fan. Enough said.
