Album Review

Kenny Burrell's The Artist Selects features tracks the Detroit native culled himself from the best of his '50s and '60s output for Blue Note. While there are similar single-disc collections of this material, the personal aspect of the collection makes it a noteworthy addition to Burrell's various compilation albums.
