Good, but could be better

My only problem with this soundtrack is that it doesn't have "all these things that i've done" by the Killers. other than that, it's a great soundtrack.

So good it should be illegal

If you've been looking forward to Southland Tales, chances are you were equally excited about its soundtrack. I believe it's safe to say the music more than fulfilled my expectations. Moby's tracks are enchanting and wonderful, and the rest of the songs are delightfully strange. The album is a hit in every way possible, and works perfectly both as a prelude to the movie that comes out in less than two weeks(!), and as compilation of wonderful music. As the cherry that goes on top, "Teen Horniness Is Not a Crime" is the most original song I have heard in a long time, and is destined to become the guilty pleasure of many fans. A must for all of Sarah Michelle Gellar fans out there.

Krysta Now Rocks the Cockles of My Heart

Good soundtrack for a great rollercoaster of a film. Teen Horniness Is Not a Crime is brilliant. Rebekah del Rio & the Section Quartet's version of the Star Spangled Banner is spooky and compelling, and now my favorite version of our national anthem. Other outstanding cuts are Wave of Mutilation, Oh My Angel, and Forget Myself. This album lost one star in my review because of the failure to include the Killers' All These Things That I've Done, which plays during a centerpiece moment in the film.
