Wow! Every song has something good about it. Because "4Ever" was getting so much airtime it was starting to get on my nerves after awhile, but the rest were like good medicine from it. Everything I'm Not -- a song about how lives are affected by relationships in a bad way. I love the guitar you can hear in the background. When It All Falls Apart -- great song! take a guess what its about. I like the beginning the best, the chorus is sort of cliched. But not enough to make me want to skip the song ever! The vocals are wonderful. Revolution -- starts out sort of "rappy" .... which isn't my kind of music. But the chorus goes back to regular singing .... and I like the rest. Secret -- probably the weakest song. I simply do not like it ... because it seems to drag on and says something I find wrong. Mouth Shut -- really like it!! saying she hasn't been saying enough and was treated wrongly ... the number of times its one person singing or two people singing was decided absolutely perfectly. everything is aligned correctly. Leave Me Alone -- probably the second best. i love the beat!!! it is awesome. and the lyrics are arranged magnificently. Speechless -- the instrumentals are great, and I love the lyrics, but on this version of the CD, its kind of like she was singing too close to the microphone, cuz its kind of "cracky" or something. and the breaths are too obvious. otherwise, a wonderful track. Heavily Broken -- my absolute favorite. i love the point it gets across about being upset and the way it is portrayed. every line is written exactly like you would think about it (minus the rhyming ... lol). my favorite! I Could Get Used This -- I like the beginning lines the best. its about being so happy -- which is nice after hearing about eight tracks about being sad. they are perfectly in tune and every vocal aspect is perfected. Nobody Wins -- kind of a sad song about having to end a relationship but it fits in very well with the idea of the song. I like the instruments, and especially the lyrics. Mother Mother -- don't like the lyrics very much, and its kind of an annoying song (gets stuck in my head very easily and just irritating). But its kind of an original idea for a song, because its all always about love. different!! but it gets repetitive after awhile. at first, though, its a great song. I love this cd! if you love rockish pop (if you know what I mean) then you will love this CD!

Destined for Stardom

"The Secret Life of the Veronicas" is a great debut for The Veronicas. It's the perfect combination of pop and rock. There songs are catchy, up-beat, and just great to listen to. This album has its share of everything: rock, pop, and ballads. Some songs worth noting are "Revolution," "Everything I'm Not," "Leave Me Alone," and "Speechless." All the songs are great. I'd recommend this for any fans of this genre.

The Secret Life of the Veronicas? NOT ANYMORE!!!

Invasion from Australia?!? From what I heard, The Veronicas are from Australia...and boy do those Australians have some AWESOME vocals!!!! The Veronicas first hit "4ever" is one of those songs that you just automatically start to bob your head or tap your foot too...a perfect combonation of vocals, instruments, and just perfect kinda punk-pop!!! This won't be the last we'll hear from The Veronicas...
