TO MUCH SORROW DONT LIKE TIRE OF THAT THEME IN EVERY SINGLE CD

TIRED OF THE MOWING

THIS NEW DARK SOUND

I've been a Numan fan since Tubeway Army. While I understand all artists find their niche and go with it, I'm not too impressed with Numan's dark sound. A couple of dark albums is ok. But Numan's been dark ever since "Exile". Sorry folks, but nothing, I mean nothing, compares to "Replicas", "Telekon", "Beserker", "I Assassin" & "The Pleasure Principle".

STELLAR - but you were expecting... ?

Throughout the vagaries of his career and various favoritisms of radio & vidya television; Gary Numan has remained true to his slightly off-kilter, not so well lit impression of the world.
Those of us who KNOW the world isn't all fields of daisy's and happy little pony's have loved, nay - TREASURED, GN's trolling the depths of his own private various malfunctioning views of the world & Splinter is no excpetion to this wonderful platter of delights... if you don't mind looking towards where the shadows move on their own & your mind makes it's own choices...
Enjoy.

Even after new wave had petered out, Numan's impact continued to make itself felt; his dark, paranoid vision, theatrically icy alien persona,...
