Customer Reviews

Beautiful music!

I love her voice, her intonation is immaculate, her tone is soothing! Her artistry is deep, richly rooted in the vocabulary of the great masters that came before, while still demonstrating her own voice and persona! This is not your average jazz singer! Love her work!

she has a sweet jazz voice and interprets the melody with so much emotion! a wonderful jazz addition to anyone's collection.

Best Unexpected Buy Of The Last 2 Years

I guess I'm a sucker for Jazz and French names, because I decided to check her out based on a facebook ad. I wasn't expecting much, since younger jazz singers who get known commercially often use a redundant sound marketed to people who can't tell the difference (e.g. Michael Bublé and Frank Sinatra.) To my total surprise this album is superb. The band is hot hot hot and she's equal to it. When it's lively its really lively, and when it's quiet, it's cool, not spacey. Buy it. 5 years from now it'll still surprise you.
