iTunes Review

Singer, guitarist, rhymer—Stoney shows Post Malone is a triple threat. He incorporates folk and hip-hop in a way that blurs the lines. The good times he rap-sings about on “White Iversons” and “Go Flex” belie a vulnerable streak. One can make out confusion and regret through the foggy windows of “I Fall Apart” and “Feel.” Kehlani, 2 Chainz, Quavo, and Justin Bieber add hearty cosigns.

First Post Malone album

This might be a very big hit

It bums me out to see all these people hating on this album. I was at a friends house and he was playing a song on his new stereo system, well long story short the song was Big Lie. I had heard White Iverson before and listen to it a ton of times, but Big Lie had some good vibes like White Iverson.
I debated if I really wanted to listen to the album Stoney I previewed some songs and they were a hit and miss for me, but I only previewed them for 30 sec. I later listened to the entire album, and I honestly was blown away. EVERY SINGLE SONG I LOVED AND STILL LOVE!!! This album also has me reminiscing on some times in my life, the album is almost like a drug. I can listen to it and travel back to some good memories with my old friend, and things in my life that make me happy.
I love how one comment gave it one star for J.Cole's album dropping later. I give respect for Post Malone because he actually plays real instruments unlike most of the other hip-hop "artists", and truly I really don't even categorize Post's music as hip-hop. Today hip-hop "artists" get rich from tapping buttons on a keyboard, and talking about smoking weed, having sex, and how much money they have, all the nice things they have, and how if you mess with them they'll or "their gang" will f*** you up.
Really? It's sad to see how people call that music. This dude deserves so much more respect then so many other people in the music industry it's not even funny.

Post Malone brings such a unique sound to rap with his influence of country. His voice on all the tracks is crisp and smooth unlike some of the mumble rappers today. Definitely the better part of the new sound that rap is starting to adopt.

Dropping basketball references like the old-school but wrapping them in thoroughly modern beats, Post Malone hit in 2015 with his single "White Iverson." Raised in Dallas, Malone was NFL before he was NBA thanks to a father who worked for the Cowboys. He loved music from a young age, and planned on joining a band thanks to the video game Guitar Hero, but when his dad gave him a copy of Terror Squad's hit "Lean Back," Post decided to become an MC. He hung with Dallas crew the IRAS until a move to...
