Buy it for yourself and someone you love...

Then see Zach play these songs live. His exuberance, energy and love for telling a story (hence the title) are all felt on this album, a collection of songs about life. From the big moments to the small realizations, Zach's lyrics are full of hope and truth...and it's exciting to hear the full story unfold as you listen.

Album of the Year

I can't stop listening to this album. Everyone I play it for can't stop singing it... I'm sure I'll get tired of it sometime, but right now it's all I want to hear. It's so genuine and unique, I can't really place the genre and that's why it's so fun to listen to.

Thoughtful, Provoking, Powerful, Methodical, Mysterious

Like sitting on your grandfather's lap while he tells you tales of disbelief and heroism, Zach Williams more than delivers on his latest collection. Sure, the quality of the sound isn't perfection, but it's the raw, un-digitalized quality referencing the 40s, 50s and 60s that lets this album soar. The mystery of the lyrics leaves you listening more while the overall vocal range of the artist leaves you in awe. The metaphors, allusions and allegories paint a vivid picture of the artist's life and background. Take "James" for example, a heartfelt 4 minute metaphor, not about a young man being pulled by a raging river, but a plea to a young man struggling with alcoholism. Buy the Album, listen to that song and have an epiphany of the power in those words and the passion the writer had for the subject. I won't spoil the rest of the songs with interpretations of the lyrical metaphors. You'll simply have to experience the privilege in seeing his show live for the explanations; In which you'll realize how many artists often struggle at bringing studio quality to the stage while with this artist, the digital platform may not do him 100% justice.
