To the point and effective
I found the longer meditations the most effective, the unwinding after work and the restorative yoga nidra. The other three are good too but I find I need a little longet to truly relax. The voice of the Dr. giving the instruction is very pleasant and the background sound of the waves and the stringed instrument is very calming, perfect background for meditation.
Genuis Way to De-Stress and Sleep Well
This series is saving my life at the moment. A massively stressful long-term project at work has totally sapped my ability to manage stress, and my insomnia has been ruthless. I may not have enough time to get in yoga and daily workouts lately, but I can definitely fit in two or three of these a day and it's making a huge difference already. I'm sleeping much better and feel more able to relax throughout the day.
