If you have heard "I Woke Up Today" and it has remained looping in your head, as it has in mine, do not hesitate to get the full album! Each song on this album is great. Guitar backed by banjo produces an intense, almost haunting, effect. Combining that sound with the beautiful lyrics of lovers separated by the tumultuous waters of Kodiak Island, Van and Cambria show you how hard a summer in Alaska can be. This album will bring tears to your eyes and you will find yourself coming back for much more than just "I Woke Up Today".
